Montessori Digital Studio

Montessori Digital Studio

Schools & Institutions

Every adult in your school, presenting like your best guide.

Materials should never sit on a shelf because an adult was unsure how to present them. Montessori Digital Studio gives every lead, assistant, and substitute the same scripted guides and 3D rehearsals, so the classroom keeps one language, one pacing, and one sequence across every staff member and every year.

Consistency is a system, not a personality

Great classrooms survive staff changes when the reference lives outside any one person's memory.

3D presentations for every skill level

Assistants and new hires rehearse the Knobbed Cylinders, Pink Tower, or Teen Boards the night before, then present on the real shelf. Mentoring time goes to grace, not step order.

School progress dashboard with per-subject tracking

Admin clarity

Plans, releases, and progress at a glance

Keep a lesson plan active across classrooms, control what is released when, and see each child's progress across 12 subjects, from one administrator dashboard.

Onboarding & performance exams

Onboard a whole school in an afternoon, then prove mastery

Bring one teacher or a hundred students online from a single spreadsheet, then measure how well each adult actually presents the materials with real, scored performance exams.

Effortless account setup

From a spreadsheet to signed-in, in four steps

  1. 01

Upload one CSV, or add accounts by hand

Download the ready-made template, fill in names and login IDs, and import your whole roster at once. Leave the password column blank and the Studio generates friendly temporary passwords for you, or set your own.

  2. 02

Send welcome emails with credentials and instructions

Each teacher receives a branded welcome email with their login, a temporary password, and clear first-day instructions. Send them right away, or schedule the whole batch for a specific date and time.

  3. 03

Hand out login QR cards for quick sign-in

Generate a printable QR card for any teacher or student. Scanning it opens the login page with the school and username already filled in, so young children and busy staff sign in without typing.

  4. 04

Assign lessons and exams, then monitor progress

Assign interactive lessons and performance exams to individuals or whole groups, schedule student account creation and welcome messages, and watch completion and scores update from one administrator dashboard.

The Pink Tower performance exam in Show me mode, with the ten cubes graded on the shelf, a work rug, step guidance, and a live score

Performance exams

Test the presentation itself, not a paper quiz

Every exam is a real 3D presentation. A trainee carries the material to the rug, lays it out, and builds it in the correct sequence, exactly as they would on the classroom shelf, while the Studio scores the work against the Montessori standard.

  • Two ways to sit every exam

Show me walks a trainee through the presentation with the formation line, a glowing next piece, and the exact words. Exam mode removes the guides and scores the layout order, the build sequence, careful handling, and vocabulary at the end.

  • Scored on what actually matters

Where the material is laid out, the order it is carried and built, the material's own control of error, and the precise language of the presentation. The live score reflects a real Montessori presentation, not a multiple-choice quiz.

  • Mastery certificates when it counts

When a trainee's best Exam-mode score reaches the Mastery band, the Studio issues a printable Certificate of Mastery for that material, ready for training records and portfolios.

Proof for the record

A Certificate of Mastery your program can stand behind

When a trainee reaches the Mastery band on a material's performance exam, the Studio issues a printable certificate naming the recipient, the material, and the best score. It is the kind of evidence a training center, a school portfolio, or a new-hire file can rely on.

Administrators see every score and certificate roll up per teacher and per classroom, so you always know which adults are ready to present a material on the real shelf.

Self-serve onboarding: choose your seats, pay, and your school is live the same day.

Montessori Daily Guide with year timeline, subject progress, and lessons mastered
Monthly focus shelves by age band with Montessori pacing note

The Montessori Daily Guide

A year plan every classroom can stand on

The Daily Guide lays the whole school year, September through May, across every age band in the Children's House. Each classroom sees its monthly focus shelves, its subject progress, and its lessons mastered, while directors see the same picture across rooms.

  • ✓Age bands 3 to 4, 4 to 5, and 5 to 6, each with its own focus shelf and pacing.
  • ✓Core and extended measures, continuity mode, and optional subjects like Music and Art.
  • ✓Built on readiness, not deadlines: suggested presentations with observation woven in.
  • ✓New staff inherit a mapped year instead of a blank planner, from their first day.
Virtual 3D Montessori classroom from the Casa dei Bambini tour

For training programs

Built for teacher training cohorts too

Training centers use the Studio as the rehearsal layer between seminar weekends: students step through presentations before supervised practice, study the written guides for album work, and tour a full virtual Casa dei Bambini. Forty adults no longer share one set of materials on alternating Saturdays.

Home and school bridge

Connect the classroom to the home without replacing the materials.

Families want to stay close to what the child is doing at school. The Studio extends the experience so the child can show the family the same lessons, practice the language at home, and build a stronger connection between school and daily life, without replacing the actual Montessori materials in the classroom.

The child logs in from home on a mobile device or computer, demonstrates the work they are doing, and gives parents a window into what has already been completed. Parent conversations change when families can see the shelf.

Why families value it

  • •Extend the classroom connection without replacing the real Montessori materials at school.
  • •Let children log in at home on a phone, tablet, or computer and show their families the same work.
  • •Help families reinforce language, subjects, and practical life through shared practice at home.
  • •Keep a simple record of what has been completed so the family can follow the child's progress.

What school leaders ask us

What happens when a lead teacher is out?
Any adult opens the same guide the lead uses: the exact steps, the exact language, the exact choreography. Substitutes and assistants present with confidence instead of skipping the shelf for the day.
Can we use it to train new and developing staff?
Yes, that is one of its strongest uses. New adults rehearse the interactive 3D presentations before supervised practice, so in-person mentoring time goes to grace and observation instead of step order.
What do administrators control?
Lesson plans, sequence and release controls, staff assignments, and per-child progress visibility, from one dashboard. Plans can also be printed or posted for classroom bulletin boards as an optional feature.
What devices does it run on?
Any modern browser on desktops, laptops, and tablets, with child home access from a phone, tablet, or computer. There is nothing to install.

Close the circle of learning

The school day continues at home.

Traditionally the circle stays open: the teacher holds the knowledge, and parents hear only what the child can relay. The Studio closes it. Parents watch their child work with digital versions of the very materials they use at school, so what was presented on the shelf is reinforced at the kitchen table.

With MDS, children no longer say “we learned some words at school.” They say:

“Let me show you how I use letters to write bat, can and cap. Would you like to build with me?”

Every repetition at home reinforces the lesson at school, and parents take an active, accurate part in their child’s education.
